We have an online booking system and an online triage system (E consult)  at the surgery which allows you to make or request an appointment at the surgery.

We try to make sure, you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may offer you an appointment to see an alternative doctor.

Routine appointments are 10 minutes long and are booked at 10 minute intervals.  We politely request that you try to limit each consultation to discuss only one problem per consultation.   It is difficult for GPs, to address more than one problem satisfactorily within this time frame, as they are anxious not to miss important facts or to keep other patients waiting.   If you feel that you will require longer than the allocated ten minutes to discuss your medical problem please request a double appointment

Emergency appointments are available  on the day with the Prescribing Pharmacist, HCA and with duty doctor.
