Routine appointments
To request an appointment
- Use KLINIK. We will respond within 4 hours. KLINIK is open from 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday.
- Phone us during our opening hours.
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist.
- When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- On a video call
- By text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often mean the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
Cancelling your appointment
Use Klinik or call or visit the surgery to cancel or change an appointment.
Waltham Forest GP Federation
Waltham Forest residents are able to access evening and weekend appointments with a GP and nurse at four primary care ‘hubs’ in the borough.
These appointments are funded by Waltham Forest CCG and delivered by Waltham Forest GP Federation.
The hubs are located in four local GP practices and appointments are available for anyone who is registered with any GP practice in Waltham Forest
To help support more people who need to be seen urgently by a local doctor, same day appointments in the hubs are available every weekday evening between 6.30pm – 9.30pm, and 8am – 8pm on weekends.

Home Visits
Home visits should only be requested by patients who are too unwell to attend surgery and are unable to obtain transport assistance from a friend or relative. Priority will be given to the elderly and patients with disabilities. Please telephone before 10.30am when requesting home visits to enable our doctors to plan their day.
